Gentlemen: First of all, we wish to tell you we are exceedingly pleased with our Dura-Loc roof. We like the appearance of it and with the extra insulation it affords, we should "be more comfortable in our upstair bedrooms. But, the purpose of this letter is not to commend you on the appearance of the roof; it is to commend the men who worked there on. We have had many compliments, but mostly on how the men worked. Our neighbours were amazed at their diligence, their neatness and their expertise. We are sure they are not aware of "working hours" as they plugged relentlessly - almost entirely without a break and all of this took place during the few days we had HOT weather. They were patient and courteous with us when we asked the questions about 'why this' and 'why that'. In this day and age, we are sure you consider yourselves most fortunate in having such men working for you. Sure, there is unemployment but men who work as they do should never experience what it is. When our neighbours want work done on their roofs, they will want your men. Please convey to them our sincere thanks for a job well done. Yours very truly, |
