Just a note to inform you about how pleased and satisfied we are with your product and workmanship. The level of service and quality of installation was better than expected. The finished product looks wonderful and we have had numerous compliments from our neighbours and friends. The first time we met your salesperson, Don Dupuis, we were a bit skeptical about the product and price. We decided to do more research and did sign a contract with another company but continued to do more research. Don Dupuis kept in touch with us, answered all our questions promptly and after many deliberations cancelled the other contract and went with D.L.D. Roofing. The roofing crew started approximately one week later at our request, delivered on schedule and was considerate and caring workers. They were efficient and very helpful on doing a flat roof. They worked extremely hard even through the very cold conditions of that week. The clean up was done daily and the entire experience was painless. We will surely recommend D.L.D.
